It's your choice: Which wrinkle cream is greater?

by Jen Hopkins

Our lives, our mother's lives, their mothers' lives and the lives before them and so on, we as women have all been viewed as objects of what we look like, as creatures that should be and always stay beautiful. Cleopatra is still spoken of to be wildly beautiful, and amazingly gorgeous? Women are lucky, to have been blessed with beautiful, shapely curves, and amazing features. Unfortunately, as we as women age- and as our features aren't so shapely, and our curves not so curvy- other things about us begin to change also- our skin. We begin to develop those things we've dreaded- wrinkles.

There are hundreds of thousands of cosmetics which women use. But anti aging skin care products are more popular than all other types of skin care products. The ability of human beings to invent new things is really exceptional. The invention of wrinkle creams is worth appreciation.

Most women feel that aging is natures curse upon them. As an individual ages their youth begins to fade leaving it's marks upon one's face as lines, lines we tend to call wrinkles, lines of stress, lines that show age. Wrinkles are a tough pill to swallow. Seeking out anti-wrinkle products is of course an option, but that gets expensive and we might not always get the results we hoped for.

Is it possible for an individual to figure out which wrinkle cream really is 'the greatest'? I personally believe that it varies from individual to individual as to which skin care product is best for you. Everyone has entirely different skin- some normal, some oily, some dry. Some prone to acne, some clear. These are all variables that can affect which product may or may not work for you, and your particular skin type. A product your friend loves and raves about might not do you the slightest bit of good, and that can be frustrating.

Advertisements are designed to mislead, tempt and steer us to purchase this product or that one, but none of these products come with a guarantee and there is a chance that they might not be right for you. One good idea for deciding what wrinkle cream to purchase is to check into online forums, web reviews and fashion magazines for reviews written by other women with skin types similar to your own.

You can also talk to a certified skin care expert (better known as 'dermatologist') in order to find out the nature/type of your skin. In general, the facial skin is of three types- dry, normal and oily. Needless to say, each skin-type responds to different skin care products. A wrinkle cream which is too greasy in texture would never benefit a woman who has an oily skin.

Trying out herbal and organic anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products might also be something you want to check into. The excessive use of chemicals is a negative for your skin. It's also important to know and remember that just like most medications, it takes wrinkle cream about a month to truly control your wrinkles.

Which is the best anti aging product? Which is the best anti wrinkle cream? All these questions never cease to haunt the minds of women all over the world. In a nutshell, that skin care product which suits your skin can be termed as the "Best Wrinkle Cream'.
